  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or business-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership role
  • Startup experience of company of fewer than 50 employees and experience leading company through change and growth
  • Experience in a consulting related industry where free-lance experts are part of the work force
  • Experience with assessing talent
  • Experience in the development and administration of compensation plans and contracts for free-lance work force
  • Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and HRIS packages
