5+ years of experience in HR leadership role
Startup experience of company of fewer than 50 employees and experience leading company through change and growth
Experience in a consulting related industry where free-lance experts are part of the work force
Experience with assessing talent
Experience in the development and administration of compensation plans and contracts for free-lance work force
Experience in organizational design and effectiveness
Experience with MS Office Suite and HRIS packages
