One of our clients (a leading worldwide supplier of personal computer software and technology services) approached us on August 27th to take on searches for a Staffing Manager and Compensation Manager. By September 15th we had identified three (3) qualified candidates for each position. Working directly with the President, we had put together a very comprehensive hiring plan, including complete job description, targeted companies to recruit from, and a competitive compensation package. Due to our quick determination of candidate potential fit, a face to face interview was scheduled in 48 hours. By October 1st, the hiring decision had been made. The new employees were on board by October 19th.
We began our partnership with this Austin based, venture capital funded entity in 1996. Working together for two years we have helped to bring our client from 5 employees to a total of 50+. Our client is a market innovator in energy storage solutions. We have brought a variety of talent to the table including VP Of Engineering to Laboratory Technician.
